Dan is a proverbial Swiss Army Knife for the real estate sector, having worked on property developments in 6 US states and 4 foreign countries. His track record includes a mix of residential, hospitality, retail, office, sporting, and entertainment uses in urban, suburban, and resort destinations.
Dan has spent 17 years working with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, including 10 years collaborating with the Related Companies on their for-sale residential developments including Hudson Yards New York. His broad expertise has been recognized as having some of the industry’s highest standards and best results.
A thought leader in the synergies between hospitality and real estate, Dan honed his craft collaborating with Four Seasons, Equinox Hotels, and Baccarat Hotels, and earned an MBA from École Hôteliére de Lausanne, where he literally wrote the book on structuring branded residence agreements. He furthered his thought leadership into digital marketing with the launch and subsequent sale of HotelHomes, a platform for marketing and sales of hospitality-oriented residences worldwide.
Early in his career, Dan led a 6-person team at Cushman & Wakefield focused on the economics and research of the office leasing market in New York and key domestic markets, including advisory assignments for major REITs. In Rhode Island, Dan offers real estate services to his friends, family, and investor network through Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University, with a major in Metropolitan Studies and a minor in Urban Design & Architectural Studies.

With a 15-year career spanning sales, research, planning, and marketing, Helen brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to new developments. Her experience with category defying properties provides clients with the know-how to successfully launch and sustain campaigns that achieve premium pricing, maintain a desirable sales pacing, and outperform the competition.
She applies her passion for place-making and community-building into her work, having been an integral part of the strategy, design, marketing, and sales for complex mixed-use and master planned developments, such as Hudson Yards New York, 30 Park Place Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown, and One Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
Helen has been known for crafting effective and successful marketing programs to launch new properties and reinvigorate existing developments. Combining creativity with analytical rigor, Helen is passionate about brand building and defining a distinctive value proposition and vision of each project that drives results. She is an enthusiastic leader who collaborates with creative partners to optimize team performance.
Accordingly, she has developed extensive expertise in positioning, branding, sales galleries, model residences, website design and optimization, advertising, public relations, partnerships, events, influencer marketing, and social media.
Helen has a bachelor’s degree in American and Urban Studies from the University of Virginia.
